Policies

All Grovemade products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship (under normal use) for six months from the day they ship. 

Warranty is valid only with the order number and matching email address. The purchase of any Grovemade product via a third party vendor (e.g. eBay, Amazon) will not under any circumstance be covered by our warranty policy.

Any unauthorized modification to the product will automatically void the warranty.

To make a warranty claim, or if your shipment arrived damaged or defective, please reach out using the contact form with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We ship via UPS, UDS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, Better Trucks, and OSM Worldwide to locations within the United States and US Territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Please note that we are unable to ship to APO addresses or PO Boxes. Orders are processed within three business days if there isn’t a lead time listed on the product page. Typically, standard US shipping takes 3-7 days. We also offer express two-day shipping.

Most items ship together, but some items may ship separately. If you receive a partial shipment, check your order status to see the expected shipping date for the remaining items.

We ship worldwide via UPS, DHL, FedEx, APC Postal Logistics, and Local Post. Customs and other import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Failure to remit payment of import fees may result in the abandonment of the shipment and will result in the forfeiting of refund and replacement options. Shipping times may vary based on the shipping location.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to not honor typographical errors which may cause incorrect pricing on the website. The full amount is charged when you place your order even if your product is not shipping for a long while. 

By placing a Grovemade minimalist knife order with Grovemade, LLC, the customer verifies that they are over 18 years of age and are aware of all local, state and federal laws regarding the possession or carrying of the products they are ordering. Grovemade, LLC shall be held blameless for any infraction of laws by the purchaser.

Some locations may have more restrictive laws and you are responsible for knowing and following those laws. By placing an order with us you are agreeing that you have read our terms and that you accept legal responsibility for owning the item you have ordered in the jurisdiction to which we deliver it.

By placing an order with us you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree with our terms and conditions.
