We believe in our product and value the happiness of our fans and customers.

Please email us if you are not happy with Grove.

We are reasonable people and will try our best to work something out. If you are not completely happy with your new grovemadeproduct, please send it back to us within 15 days for a full refund.

  • Warranty

    Our products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for six months from the day it ships.

    Our warranty for cases does not extend to damage from abuse, exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, or impacts (such as dropping your case), regardless of force. If a case that may break is not for you, please consider a rubber or plastic case.

    Warranty is valid only with the order number and matching email address. The purchase of any Grovemade product via a third party vendor (e.g. eBay, Amazon) will not under any circumstance be covered by our warranty policy.

    To make a warranty claim, or if your shipment arrived damaged or defective, please fill out our warranty claims form for the quickest resolution.

    CASE REPLACEMENT PROGRAM

    To thank you for your patronage, if you break your case for any reason, our Case Replacement Program* entitles you to a 50% discount off the current retail price of a replacement.

    To take advantage of this program or to find out if your product qualifies, please fill out our warranty claims form.

    *Valid one time only and limited to identical product. Offer not valid with discontinued products.

    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    If you are not satisfied with your order within the first 15 days of receiving your product, simply return it to us in like-new condition and we will gladly accept it for a return or exchange**.

    Please include the purchaser’s name and order number with your returned or exchanged product. We suggest using a shipping service with a tracking number.

    If you received your item as a gift, please include any information you have - the order number, the name or email of the person who ordered the gift, etc - and we will make sure you are taken care of.

    Please note that domestic customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items to Grovemade.

    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    Please note that international customers are responsible for the cost of shipping, duties, customs fees, and taxes on returned or exchanged items to Grovemade.

    **Due to variations in monitor/screen settings and the wide variation in natural material, images on the website may not match the actual products shipped. Color/grain dissatisfaction is not a valid reason for an exchange.

  • Domestic Shipping

    We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS), UPS SurePost, and the United States Postal Service (USPS) to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. We also ship to PO boxes. Orders are processed within 1 business day. Typically, standard U.S. shipping takes 3-7 business days. Please note that we are unable to offer expedited shipping at this time.

  • International Shipping

    We ship* worldwide via United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Customs and other import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Failure to remit payment of import fees may result in the abandonment of the shipment and will result in the forfeiting of refund and replacement options. Shipping times may vary based on the shipping location. Please note that we are unable to offer expedited shipping at this time.

    *International orders ship as a group and according to longest product lead times. For example, an order including a product with a one day lead time and a product with a one week lead time will ship in one week’s time.

  • Pricing/Billing/Privacy

    We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to not honor typographical errors which may cause incorrect pricing on the website. The full amount is charged when you place your order even if your product is not shipping for a long while. We will absolutely never sell or share your personal with 3rd parties. All data we collect will be used for internal purposes only.

  • General

    The preceding terms and conditions govern the sale by grove® between you the buyer and Grove LLC. By placing an order with us you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree with our terms and conditions. Please notify us prior to placing an order if you disagree with any of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at anytime for any reason.
