Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order within the first 15 days of receiving your product, simply return it to us in like-new condition and we will gladly accept it for a return or exchange.† Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please include the purchaser's name and order number with your returned or exchanged product. We suggest using a shipping service with a tracking number.
If you received your item as a gift, please include any information you have - the order number, the name or email of the person who ordered the gift, etc - and we will make sure you are taken care of.
